Breakfast was not there in the room package. We prepared our own breakfast. Cooking arrangement was good. Overall it was specious and clean. the rooms were nice and clean. The view from room was (living room and kitchen) was pretty good.

The staff during check in and check out was very friendly y’all, they greet us with warm smiles 😁 very clear instructions from the staff 🫡 very strategic place to stay with very near place to eat. Very good staff and very fast, we have unknown large amount of hair in cupboard, whatapps the staff and they sent housekeeping and arrive in 10 minutes!! very fast!! 💨 very recommended for family and friends to stay🫡✨

Cozy, clean and comfortable, I got the room on the 5th floor, with a view facing some buildings, trees, mountains and Genting itself, and though it wasn't too high up, it was therapeutic for the eyes. The location is convenient in the sense that there are shop lots nearby with options for eateries.

The unit itself overall was spacious, clean & comfortable. Hot shower & tap was really good with good water pressure. Amenities provided such as kettle, iron, mug, cutlery etc was sufficient. Local tv channels were good enough. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Parking same level as unit which was very convenient. Check-in & chek-out was smooth.
